If you are not satisfied with your Grounded play mat, please contact: info@groundedcompany.com to be guided through the return process. All returns and/or exchanges must be pre-authorized via email prior to sending back your Grounded merchandise. Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 15 days from date of delivery and all merchandise must be unwashed. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
